51st ARI Commencement ServiceWe are delighted to announce the completion of the 2023 Rural Leaders Training Program!  The commencement service for  26 participants will be held on Saturday.We are happy to invite you to join the ceremony on campus. We traditionally call this day as “commencement” to indicate the start of the participants’ work in their home communities.
