Our “Used Book Market 2025 Spring,” held from April 18 to 26, concluded successfully with many visitors. Over 5,000 books—including paperbacks, picture books, and art books donated from across Japan—were available, delighting book enthusiasts.
The Indian curry and chai, prepared with organic ingredients from ARI and served exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays, were also a hit. Additionally, the children’s garage sale provided a wonderful opportunity for community interaction.
Exciting events are lined up for May!
- May 17 (Saturday): Chokotto Farm
- Join us for hands-on farming and forest exploration—perfect for families and children.
- May 24 (Saturday): Mini Eco Tour
- Take a guided tour of the ARI campus and learn about sustainable living and agriculture.
From May to November, “Chokotto Farm” will be held monthly, and the “Campus Mini Eco Tour” will take place in odd-numbered months (note: Chokotto Farm will be on hiatus in August to avoid the summer heat).
